SF ShoutBox is the best SB for MyBB I found on the net and that's why I ask you to add some features to make it better.
1.
<td>date</td>
<td>nick</td>
<td>message</td>
+ ability not to show for example date if we don't want it.
This will make SB more readable.
2.
Even rows darker, odd rows lighter.
Ability to select these colours in ACP.
3.
RSS feed with n new posts. Ability to select n in ACP.
Before, while using phpBB, I used RSS to watch the SB live from IRC channel (a bot has been checking the RSS for new shouts and pasting it). Now we are out of SB on IRC.
4.
Ability to choose where we want the text input - on top or on the bottom. If bottom chosen, reverse sorting and auto-scroll down to the bottom.
We've been using SB with text input on the bottom and the users got used.
5.
Rename jscripts/shoutbox.js into jscripts/sf_shoutbox.js. I also tried another ShoutBox plugin for MyBB and there was a colision with that file. I have overwritten the SF JavaScript file and then, when switched back to SF SB was wondering why it it does not want to work. Making filenames unique will prevent these situations from appearing ;)
I think that all the features I requested will make the SF SB much better.
