Hello...I'm using MyBB and I want to use your shoutbox...i did everything what you write on the first site and it doesn't work for me...it's still loading and loading...I'll be gratefull if you show me exactly when I must add the <sf_shoutbox>...i can show you my "header" and "index" templates, and i think that it'll be the best way to fix my shoutbox...

P.S. I'm the polish user and i have english lessons only on school so i don't speaking and writing in english very well so i'm sorry for my "errors" (or something like this) in my writing

I have a weird error. I just recently made a theme for my forums, and now the shoutbox doesn't load for any reason. I put it in the index template like the rest of the times I used it, now this is the first time it constantly loads. If you can help, please respond.

I had the same problem when i designed and installed my custom theme. I had to re-install SpiceFuse Shoutbox. just uninstall the plugin and replace the files via ftp or your providers file manager. then re-install the plugin.
I'm not sure if there is a way to keep shouts intact as i have not looked at the shoutbox code. The shoutbox might or might not automaticly drop fields in the mysql database unpon un-installing.

I figured. I fixed it right after, so I guess I'll need to do this until the shoutbox is done.
Edit: Ca I also suggest something else? Is there a way you can make a /ban user feature for the shoutbox?

I have just signed up to thank you for a great shoutbox.
Untill recently i was using ipb and had there shoutbox installed which i loved but after having to change forum software due to falling out with my last host i decided to use MyBB based on your shoutbox.
Having a shoutbox on my forum is a must to me and i found the lack of quality ones for free software a bit dissapointing. I really wished i knew how to make one myself and maybe in time i will but it's not a major now thanks to your great work here.
