Just wondering if you embed the facebook widgets onto your webpage does it reduce SEO?

And also does anyone know what is the best way of naming files for SEO

ie would it be better to name them like

this-file-name.jpg
thisFIleName.jpg
this_file_name.jpg

or does it matter?

Also i have a contact form on the homepage of my website..

is it better to have the homepage a .html or .php or does it matter..

I was thinking of having it a html page and having the action of the form direct to a php script...

What are your suggestions please..
