I've setup phpmyadmin under win2003 and apache. I've checked that php is working, by using the test script. Whenever I go to my phpmyadmin page, I am prompted with the login, which I do. No matter what I put in, it always says that the page cannot be displayed. I checked my server's firewall, and it shows the connection attempt, but simply says that the connection was lost, not blocked. Sometimes it issues a token, like index.php?token=jfowiuenv3224... etc. I've checked the sql login, and verified it works.
I'm at the end of my chain, here. I don't know what else to do...
